"Listen to a single verse by Monica Hatch, and you'll be convinced that this is one jazz singer who never sacrifices emotion or ignores melody. Warmth is a natural presence...the essence the starting point." Dan Gewerts, Journalist for the Boston Heral

Cool, relaxing, jazzy music
author: Ilana MarksGreat music for a lazy day. Monica Hatch's voice is super sultry, yet she pronounces every word clearly, giving the lyrics of these great standards the respect they deserve. My favorite tune on this CD is "I'm Confessin' (That I Love You)," a relaxed and charming swinger.
Very pleasant--Honest singing
author: Ed MonahanThis is some very pleasant, straight-ahead singing, with no gimmicks. Quite enjoyable.
Thank you, Monica
author: RichardWhat a great CD. The perfect combination of jazz meets cabaret. Monica Hatch has a strong yet relaxed voice. Nothing is forced, it all seems so natural. The band is pure jazz, and the album is great. I only hope that there are more to come, and live performances.
