Album Notes

Monkey Jacket was born in 2003 and raised in Royal Oak, MI. Since it's initial creation as an entity of musical intentions, it has delivered carefully constructed barrages of sound waves that are, to a human or possibly highly intelligent and/or receptive animal ear, hopefully generally pleasant. This seems to be the case as one Monkey Jacket has performed at several large venues around the Detroit, MI area in it's lifetime thus far, and has attracted a considerable amount of positively-generated attention from a considerable amount of humanoid creatures (and also possibly animals that are not necessarily capable of conveying their enjoyment in forms that are immediately recognizable by humanoid creatures, such as ourselves).

A Monkey Jacket is this fashion consists of one Mick playing the guitar and the vocals, one Max playing the drums, and one Matias playing the bass guitar.

Continuing to attack human sound receptors through means of the all-powerful, yet invisible, and of course audible (though possibly sometimes inaudible, if need be) waves of vibration, creating what is and might possibly could be known as "MUSIC”, is a very strong possibility for the future of Monkey Jacket. Very strong, indeed.

Don't touch that dial. Stay tuned for more Monkey Jacket as it develops.
