In year 2000 a spaceship crewed by four apes coming from planet Monogaxx , from Zutano far galaxy, whose destination was planet Earth, specifically the mountains of Tucucumaque in the Amazon rainforest, the world’s biggest ecological reserve; their mission: inject all planet’s primates with a hormone supra-serum to dramatically increase their intelligence quotient and lead a rebellion against human race. Due to an error of the navigation computer they accidentally splash down in Palomares, province of Almeria and crashed with one of the four atomic bombs which fell into the see in year 1966 and didn’t detonate, crewmembers suffered a genetic transformation adopting human shape and completely forgot who they were and where they came from, they became part of human society and set up the band Monkey-Space Rock Monogay, created to perform live. It’s made up of Lorry Mayne (bass), Daniel Chiquitohomer (guitar and voice), J.D. Fumangie (guitar and main voice) and Piolo del Male (drums, effects, theremin and voice).
In April 2008, the multi-instrumentist and ex-private detective Alberto Bonn joins Monogay family.
