People call his music intimate, anointed, powerful... His songs are sung in some of the largest churches in the U.S. and in churches all over the world, yet he's one of those singer/songwriter worship leader types you've never heard of. Well that's changing...

House of Praise is the culmination of three years of work in a New York studio with producer Joe Sicurella and a cast of arrangers, players and singers that includes some of the most well known musicians in all of Pop and R&B music, including Loris Holland, Cindy Mizelle, Paulette McWilliams, Ivan Hampden, Bashiri Johnson, Jeff Mironov along with members of the Times Square Church Choir and Children's Choir.

The recording features 8 new songs by Monte Horton including the congregational worship chorus, Here Am I, which is sung in congregations all across the United States. Other cuts feature new songs by Carter Conlon and Linda Blair House and a spectacular arrangement of the classic hymn, Come Thou Fount of Every Blessing, by Horton and John Wineglass.

Monte Horton has served for over 17 years as the Worship Pastor in churches in Northeast Oklahoma.
