ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
IT'S POPROVISED!!!!!
The Moodsetters are the first improvising pop band. We started poprovising in 1993 in Long Beach, NY, and continued in Greenpoint, Brooklyn the following year. The members are Ken Brown on the bass, Tom Brzezinski on the guitar, Ken Kinnally on vocals and keys, and Gary Pecorino on keys, drums, and production. We are joined on Lift Off by Joe Evangelista and Jim Lemanowicz and on Robot Monster, Monster's Revenge, and Roll Credits by Dan Buxbaum by way of Morocco. All who participate create the song. There are no overdubs, no second takes; it's all live to two track HI-Fi VCR tape. The songs were inspired by watching old public domain movies. Featuring players from Controlled Bleeding, Bloodless Pharaohs, Pink Crevace, and the Mutnicks, the group has a sound all its own. We hope you enjoy it!!!!
