Moonraker - the Remixes!

Moonraker is a rock band based in Brooklyn, NY. The band
originated in Boston, when two film students, David Moltz and
Kody Akhavi, and their roommate, drummer Dan Mintzer, began
experimenting with electronic music. They were joined by Kelli
Scarr and Dan Chen, and immediately a strong connection was
formed between the five of them. Musically, the band has never
been easily categorized. Their sound has been described as
electronic rock and experimental dance rock; they have been
compared to Björk, Portishead, Stereolab, early U2 and the Police.
For this remix album, Moonraker has dug into their vaults and
compiled the best remixes they could find of their music. These
tracks are meant for the lounge, the club, and the dance floor.
Kelli's infectious melodies soar over house, drum'n'bass, and techno.
For lovers of the band and of electronic music alike, these tracks
are a top notch re-imagining of Moonraker's unique sound.
