Born in Nicaragua and living in Southern California, Alvaro Moreno is one of the best kept secrets in the Christian music scene! For many years Alvaro's music has kept alive the rhythmic sounds of salsa and merengue along with various other rhythms. Finally, after nearly 3 years, he has release a brand new C.D. titled "Vivo Por Ti" (I live for You) in which Alvaro delivers strong and exciting vocals and soneos through 11 compositions which are blessed by the grace of God as well as by a prodigious cast of musicians. All of the musicians are carefully selected, not only because of their talent but also because each and every one of them have proclaimed Jesus as their Lord and Saviour. Alvaro has traveled to many countries proclaiming the word of God through scripture and music; he feels it is his responsibility to make sure that his productions not only worship God but honor Him as well because as Alvaro says "The Lord deserves the best."
