This album brings you into yourself

It's hard to describe this album with an analytical mind; it is simply - and sublimely - experiential. I listen and I feel like I am riding my bike with my eyes closed, feeling completely safe and satisfied. I remember a favorite moment as a young girl lying on a grassy hill on a warm day, or a 4am solitary walk down the streets of Amsterdam just after a short rainfall. Every moment that comes to me has the common signature of being alone in myself, floating in casual thought, or no thought at all...just feeling. I listen and life is kind, everything makes sense, and I have no desires outside of breathing and enjoying quietly.
Maybe this is what she means by "Is This Home".
What's interesting is that the music is catchy too. All day at work I had echoes of Montreal playing in my head. It was lovely because it carried with it some of that peace that I had felt the night before. Just what I needed in the middle of a stressful day.
