The Mortified After School Orchestra is the house band for the Los Angeles based version of the multi-city comedy show "Mortified." To quote the show's creator, David Nadelberg, "It's the instruments your parents forced you to play when you were growing up, playing the songs you really wanted to be playing." Rod Temperton's "Thriller" is a complex, yet catchy pop song that the band found challenging and exciting to re-work into a dark, orchestral piece. It is a respectful tribute to a great song and to the artist who made it famous, Michael Jackson.
