A friend of mine from the NYC area turned me on to this band and their first CD. What a great surprise it was the first time I listen to the CD and each time I listen to it I like it more. I was especially impressed with the lyrics....it was a real pleasant surprise to hear some meaningful words while listening to some new music. When I listen, I am reminded of the Beatles, CCR, and even some Simon and Garfunkel. I think that just shows me how versatile and unique The Motherjumpers are. Look forward to their next CD.

Awesome music in so many ways. A unique sound mixed with great rock. It's music that takes you to a great place and you can really find some personal emotions with it. Each song has a different feel to it, but still with the Motherjumpers great style.
I can't listen to this CD enough and I need more. Ya hear me?! MORE!!!!!

JUST REALLY GOOD MUSIC.

This is really good stuff. These guys have great songs. They have a unique sound, yet it isn't elitist or unapproachable. It is good quality rock music, the likes of which you don't hear very much these days. Radio rock has become fad-laden.. a satire of itself. These guys bring back good old fashioned ideals, but at the same time sound fresh and inviting. Great songs, catchy yet moving... great playing, you can tell these guys know what they're doing.. great prooduction, nothing is overdone or sterile, it's natural and organic. i bought this cd on recommendation of a friend and I was NOT dissapointed. Therefore, I recommend it to you. I hope this band stays around a while because I'd like to see what they do next. Why this band isn't signed yet is a mystery to me. It's just a matter of time, it seems.. SPREAD THE WORD!

These Guys Can Jump My Mother Anyday!

I purchased this CD at one of their shows and didn't take it out of my discman for a month. The sound quality is amazing and the vocal harmonies are ridiculous. I only gave this CD 4 Stars because one of the guitarists tried picking up my girlfriend at one of their shows. This CD is so good, my friend Bernie borrowed it from me and never gave it back.
