I'd rather listen to this than listen to a Cash Money record.

His earlier album Wet was okay, but this one is the bizzomb. Shit man, the phat track on here is I Get's Paper featuring Ras Kass, I like this track so much I play it at the club. On NW Ridin featuring Cool Nutz, E-Dawg, Ray Ray, Mac Money and Maniac Lok you are treated to a phat beat produced by Cool Nutz which makes this track a winner. Oh and don't forget coz on My Knoccs Go E 40 makes a guest appearance which is a must hear. I must say once again that Mr. D.O.G. has got a unique flow and almost every track on here is straight up ghetto syrup. I liked what he did on Like That where they took Careless Whisper by George Michael and re-did it. This is a funky track. Sorta like what Mac from No Limit did on his album (don't ask me who did it first). Anotha one that had me turning up the volume in my ride was Get Off My Line (Remix) featuring Keak Da Sneak, Agerman and Bosko.
I'd urge people to check out the North West scene coz they releasing some good shit there. I mean, I'd rather listen to this than listen to a Cash Money record.

The album is laced with a gang of West Coast grooves
author: Capo
The majority of listeners may not know who Mr. D.O.G. is but are more than familiar with the cast of supporters on his album, Ghetto Politics: Power Moves & Pension Plans. The album is laced with a gang of West Coast grooves that will have you coasting all the way to the club and back home as Mr. D.O.G. spits out his signature North West-ninja style of rhyme over hot tracks by West Coast legend Bosko, as well as re-making a few old-school cuts that will definitely have club DJ's with this brother in rotation.
Assisting Mr. D.O.G. on Ghetto Politics, you will find the likes of West Coast all stars such as Mr. Charlie Hustle himself, E-40, Suga-T, Cool Nutz, DBA, & many more. I Gets Paper, the current single featuring the lyrical prowess of Rass Kass, is a definite hit! Although Mr. D.O.G. holds his own on this album, Rass brings the official lyrical content to this single and adds a bit of appeal to the song. Mr. D.O.G. brings the flava on the cut, Whats Up? He has the perfect track for this song, its melodic and point blank, it's a tight ass song. The collaboration of E-40 & Mr. D.O.G. you could consider the equivalent of a West Coast Red & Meth., the way they toss it back and forth and stay consistent on content and topic is worth the listen. Suga T also comes through sprinkling the album with even more game with the homie Mr. D.O.G. on a track entitled, Playas & Spectata's. This sista impresses me because no matter what pimp or player shes on a song with she always holds here own.
Although, Mr. D.O.G. doesn't posses the greatest of lyrical skills and the majority of the album doesn't show versatility in rhyme, this brother still does a good job of keeping your attention and the grooves of the album will have you nodding your head

I'm really impressed with the two projects sent into me by Mr. D.O.G.

I'm really impressed with the two projects sent into me by Mr. D.O.G. representing my very own region. They say your hometown is the last place you'll ever make it, but I'll be damned if this cat isn't puttin' it down for real out here. Some say he sounds like E-40 - and I used to think that too until I heard E-40 on the cd with him, and the style difference is quite apparent. Okay so I like it, and I'm damn proud to see so many other great acts coming out of the Pacific Northwest

From the start to finish this album is a funk filled journey through the Northwe
author: Gabriel Nightshield
Mr. D.O.G. returns with his latest offering, Ghetto Politics. The microphone vet shows why he's the most worked artist in the northwest. From the start to finish this album is a funk filled journey through the Northwest. Holding his own with some of the left coasts top dogs like E-40, Ras Kass, Suga T, and Cool Nutz. Production is no joke on this piece either as Mr. D.O.G. and Funk Daddy prove a powerful team together coming with heaters like the Cool Nutz laced track "Piranhas" and "I Gets Paper" which features Ras Kass at the top of his game. Mr. D.O.G.'s unique style stays fresh throughout the album and over Bosko's beats not many can touch the man. "It Aint EZ" is possibly the best track off the album where Mr. D.O.G. spits real talk about what it's like being an independent hip hop artist. Always on the the grind. "Ghetto Politics" is definetly something to keep in ya system for a long time!!
