Born And Raised In The Bronx, N.Y.C., Mr.Tac a.k.a. "Chocolate" Established His Sound After Releasing His Debut Single "Up Next" In 1999 And Selling 20,000 Copies Independently Helping His Gain Interests From Local Retailers And Creating A Loyal Fan Base. He Went On To Form "Drop-Zone", A Music Collection Of Artists (The X-Men Of Music) And Has Released Over A Dozen Drop-Zone Compilations, Albums & MixTapes.

In 2007, He Released His Debut Solo Album, "A Day In The Life ExPerience The Album" Through His New Boogie Down Productionz Imprint In Association With Zone Platinum Entertainment

i gave this album 5 stars Mr.Tac a.k.a. "Chocolate" has never sold his soul, he's one of the few hip-hop cats i listen too.
