    I was looking for guitar music, that could be used for an outdoor, Fiesta-Styled, Wedding. It needed to be serious enough, for a "second time around" bride and groom, but light enough, to keep it festive. A very tall order from one music source. This CD was the answer I was looking for. Our wedding is June 3rd, 2006, and I am very anxious to have our DJ play it. The song Romance is my absolute favorite, and truely sold the CD for me. Not to be left out, CD Baby's response time, and follow-up were great. I have never ordered from here before, but will return. Thank-you to Michael & CD Baby!!

    This CD saved me tons of money during my wedding. We had a wedding ceremony in a little log-cabin style church in the mountains and the guitar was absolutely perfect. The only track we didn't like out of the entire CD is the Spring Four Seasons by Vivaldi - thought it was a little too staccatto-ey and the notes were not sustained long enough to our liking. We played everything else at the ceremony and during the receiving line. Thanks CDbaby!

    My husband and I just loved this CD. We couldn't have asked for better music to set the tone for our ceremony. It only would have been better if our DJ would have played the correct songs we had picked. After the wedding, our DJ was trying to leave with this CD because he liked it so much too. No way we said!     We are having a small church wedding and we don't care for the organ sound. Most of the wedding CDs have a full orchestra which seemed too loud for a small wedding. Michael Soloway's CD is a perfect choice for us since we love the acoustic guitar and his CD has a very intimate feel. Many of the songs are traditional wedding songs and the interpretation is absolutely beautiful. We are very happy with this CD and we highly recommend it.

    This CD is a crisp and clear alternative to a lot of the wedding music that you hear with loud organs and horns. Michael Soloway captures the essence of the songs and interprets them with grace and elegence. The length of the songs were perfect for the different parts of the ceremony that we used them for. This was the only CD that we needed to provide the music for our wedding ceremony. The sound was as good as if he was really there!

    I played Michael Soloway's Canon in D as I walk down the isle at my Lake Tahoe wedding in June. I love this song and wanted it played at my wedding; however the groom does not care for classical music. I was thrilled when I heard this version on classical guitar. It is so tender, and light even my father cried! It set the musical tone as well as the theme for the wedding and the reception. I still listen to it frequently. Thank you so much Michael.

It had a perfect sound for the small church, soothing guitar chords of "Bridal Chorus" and nice processional for the bride's maids, "Jesu Joy of Man's Desiring."     Over the years I have mixed sound for two dozen weddings at our church and heard dozens of renditions of various 'standard' wedding music tracks. This is a very well produced, beautifully performed collection. I played music from this CD in June during the wedding and reception of a friend's daughter and I received many compliments about the music. It is now a permanent part of my wedding music collection.     I searched for several weeks trying to locate the exact sound that I was looking for in Canon in D. Soft, gentle, and romantic. Most other interpretations I have heard have a fast beat, and they are not what I wanted played as I walk down the aisle at my wedding ceremony. I stumbled across this CD BABY site, and listened to the samples of Michael Soloway's CD. I was immediately enthralled. After listening to the whole CD when I received it. I was extremely happy with my choice. I highly recommend this CD if you are looking for a guitar soloist who has an amazing talent. As my title states; this CD is both elegant and romantic, and it is the perfect choice for my wedding.

    My sister-in-law had her heart set on having an acoustic guitar play for the ceremony at her wedding (at the request of the groom). At the last minute her musician backed out and we were left in a panic. The only cd's we could find that were acoustic had other instruments accompanying the guitar. Not what we wanted! A friend of mine found this cd on-line and passed it along to me. Needless to say, it was perfect! The Bride and Groom were thrilled that they were able to get the sound that they wanted, in such a timely manner (and at a fraction of the cost of a live musician...) As an event/wedding coordinator this is a cd that I will hold on to for future use. Several songs to choose from, and they are all beautiful! THANKS!
