"Dill Pickles, Bugz, and Other Feel Good Tunes" is the debut cd from children's artist Melissa Stevenson. The cd features nine toe tapping original tunes and 3 favorite traditional songs with a twist. Melissa has been an early childhood music educator for several years in Lafayette, LA. Her students are the inspiration for the upbeat, danceable fun songs! They have all been kid tested and approved. It's the perfect mixture of sweetness and pure silliness! Throughout the cd, children are taken on a journey through several different musical styles. Some of the styles featured include Cajun, Bluegrass, Swing, Rock, and Calypso. Accompanied by her husband Cal Stevenson on a variety of instruments, these songs will get you moving! The infectious melodies, clever choruses, and awesome sound will have parents loving the cd just as much as the kids do!
