Michael Thompson began his relationship with music at a very young age. His was blessed with a beautiful voice and a mother who inspired him at a tender age to use his talents. Michael immigrated to Canada.It didn't take long for the reggae scene in Canada to embrace this talented vocalist. He was invited to perform at prestigious cultural events such as Miss Black Canada World Pageant, Miss Guyana, Miss Trinidad/Tobago and Miss Ghana. Michael has continuously won performance competitions. With the success he has received in Canada thus far; he hasn't forgotten his roots. He plays an active role in the community by lending his talent to fundraisers for the Jamaican Canadian Association. raising money to send resources and supplies to Jamaican school. Michael has been compared to a "young Dennis Brown" and his musical style is a cool blend of traditional reggae with R&B flavored vocals.

The musical journey for Humble started at an early age. By the time he reached the tender age of three, he was already absorbing the sweet hypnotic reggae rhythms of the seventies and was willingly expressing it. The Johnny Nash hit "Tears on my Pillow" was a song that he would sing freely for anyone who listened from his birthplace of Redditch England to the time he and his mother went back to St. Elizabeth, Jamaica. But as years followed, roots reggae music heavily influenced the handsome yet reserved teenager. Humble leaned towards Bob Marley and soon embraced the message of Rastafari. He says "Bob to me is a modern day prophet...no doubt". It seemed that Rastafari had become the vehicle to link Humble to his talent, which was music. "When I look at my life and philosophy, Rastafari is the root. It was there all along, I know that for sure...I just had to reconnect". With a Love for that raw sound, Humble bought a guitar using his student loan and taught himself by ear and observation the basic guitar chords. As far as song writing and composing goes, everything just came in time. Humbles' smooth yet powerful voice comforts the soul with the message of redemption and awareness of self. "Like Bob's music, I want this music to last and to follow you throughout whatever you are doing in your day to day life....Because music and life is one" .
