Best listened-to with chili and beer. "Bug in a Jar" Thoughtful-clever lyrics -- good musicality -- strong guitar -- good beats. Can't wait for Act II -- how about a rock opera: Investigative TV reporter discovers down and out former olympic rower, semi-crippled from a bow-hunting accident with telecom baron brother, who then foils a bank robbery at the world's largest Building and Loan association -- and is given a job as Bank President as reward -- and gets girl while playing pin-ball.

Power pop for the people. Intelligent lyrics, well-crafted tunes and harmonies reminiscent of Matthew Sweet's "Girlfriend" - an impressive solo release.
