ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Shannon’s second solo album “Wake Me If The House Burns Down” (2004) is an exploration into the many themes of rock music from 60's psychadelic and blues music through 70's fusion and the 80's & 90's hard rock.

Largely recorded on an old 8 Track machine at Shannon's roaming home, garage and rundown office studios (with two cuts from "The Coffehouse" in Middletown, CT) "Wake Me..." drives slightly towards the 'left center of the mind'.

Augmenting Shannon’s multi-instumental overdubs is Ethan Elwell on Bass on "What’s Left Tomorrow" and "The New Mind", Dave Crotser on Bass on "Guided By Minions and Favorites" and Sean Mulready on Lead Guitar on "Pattern Five".
