I can't wait to hear more.  Their influences are broad enough where I think everyone would like this CD, even though it obviously falls under the Jazz/Soul catagory.  It is definitely in my regular rotation.  I hope they come out with a full length soon, because I know that they can do more than what these 6 songs show.  Keep an eye (or ear) out for these guys.

Pulse pounding rhythm supplements the soothing funk and harmony in this, their (Midtown Underground's) first EP.
If you're exhausted with the innundation of underground Rock 'N Roll, then invite yourself to some originality.  The sheer volume of instruments that blend together in pleasant melody will impress.  Sometimes short on lyrics, but never short on musical creativity and innovation.
