Songs for your Busy Day is a CD for both children and adults. It is written and produced by Music by Mommies, Inc., a company formed by Michele Purcell and Barbara Fine Buxbaum.

Michele, a musician and singer, is the mother of two young sons on the autistic spectrum. Her sons respond very well to music, so she decided she wanted to create an album of children\'s songs to help kids perform everyday activities like eating, brushing their teeth and taking a bath. Barbara, also the mother of two active children, responded to Michele’s request for a lyricist and the two became songwriting partners and friends.

By creating motivating and entertaining songs for everyday living, Music by Mommies hopes to brighten the lives of children and the people who care for them.
