Album Notes

As the days grow shorter and the nights longer this winter, Music in the Glen seeks to rekindle the flame in the hearth with Irish pipes, double fiddling, soul stirring song and a drop of step dance in their newest album, Fuar. A traditional Irish band from Atlanta, Georgia, this album which means, 'cold' in Irish, will warm you up like a mug of hot tea and woolly mittens!

REVIEWS

Timing was great
author: Ron Van Ormer
I found out about this band through band member Doug Murray's mother, while visiting her. When I returned back to my Atlanta based hotel, I looked up Music in the Glen and purchased the CD after listening to a couple of samples. It arrived to my house on St. Patty's Day, so the timing could not have been better. It is the best Christmas/Winter music to listen to in March and throughout the year. Thanks Joan for telling me about your sons work in this band. Hope to see them live someday.
