This is one of the best EP's I've ever heard. I believe the whole thing tells a story. Another amazing piece by MWK.

Best EP I've heard
author: Ethel, Philippines
The four songs contained in this EP showcase just how far artistically MWK has gone. Vera evokes such an emotional connection with the listener that it makes you feel that you know exactly what the Andy is singing about even if you don't. Anodyne is dark and brooding and lyrically just amazing. A Scarlet Letters is just amazing in talking about not being able to leave a relationship and putting it into a song that is neither schlocky or too serious. It's just perfect. Stuck Under Wheels with the guitar at the start until about 3/4 of the song is done just brings the listener through a great build up until it swells to a great ending.
Over all, I can say that the four songs of this EP currently occupy prominent places in my list of favorite songs and I don't see them being replaced there anytime soon.
MWK did a great job on this and while they are on hold as Neal and Andy tour with David, I hope that more of this kind of music is in the offing by way of David's upcoming records.

MWK Are Incredible

I have two other albums by MWK, this digital release has to be my favourite. I cannot stop listening to it, this band - Neal Tiemann, who writes such amazing songs and Andy Skib, who's vocals are always blissful to listen too - are incredibly talented! My favourite has to be A Scarlet Letters, such a beautiful song.
I cannot wait for the next release from MWK!

Very good!

I just ordered the Luna Despierta EP a few days ago & I've been hooked since then. Andy Skibb's voice is so unique & beautiful, & Neal Tiemann is an absolutely brilliant lyricist & guitarist. I love all four songs, but my favorite now is Stuck Under Wheels. Andy's voice nears perfection on this track, & the lyrics are awesome. I just got two more MWK CD's & I can't wait to hear them!
