Myndkill's debut "Disenchantment" CD was completely recorded, mixed, and mastered in the home studios of Joey/Anthony Tangredi and Steve Estes former Guitarist. Both the band and the CD are true Internet children. This band really knows how to let it out. I was a little hesitant about listening to what I thought was another lame poser metal band, but I really enjoyed it. I can't believe I waited so long to hear it. I recommend this to you only if you are serious about finding in depth music with meaningful lyrics and voices like tormented angels. LOVE IT! After hearing about the band in periphery, I decided to give this disc a spin, and I'm glad I did. Myndkill seems to hover between prog and mainstream metal mentalities, and it makes for a great listening experience. They appear to give rare thought to musical arrangments and the showcasing of their female lead's woderful voice! i recommend giving a listen if you're tired of hearing the same damned tricks replayed in metal!
