Album Notes

In his present position, Myron x has taken the spoken word and smoked it out. Inspired by the likes of Gil Scot Heron, Tom Waits and William S. Burroughs, he presents his first report, "Hunger Artist". He blends brief dispatches from his various former careers with afterhourssexmusic to create a new groove.

With words and music and the occasional guest speaker, Myron X reports from a cracked mirror perspective of the world around him. His resume is spotty at best since most of his former employers did not survive the economic bubble burst of the new millenium.

Myron X is a former record producer, magazine writer, movie critic, screenwriter, and staff writer for a children's TV show. He has averaged about a job every three years for the last twelve years. He resides in Washington D.C. with his very patient wife and two children.

Myron X presently aspires to bring his spoken word project into the daylight after seven years of brooding in the nations's various subway systems. He has walked the streets of New York City, Los Angeles, Montreal, and hopes to explore the superclubs of Europe in the near future. He is currently working on a his new hustle as a novelist.
