"This Brooklyn based sleazoid trash quartet feature four of the most insanely beautiful and talented women you'll ever meet. Musically, they're a cross between the Cramps, the B52's, the Shaggs and biker soundtrack music and all in a good way!"
MZ. PAKMAN's second studio effort was made possible by an all-star cast of talented artists! It was recorded by Jeff Hoskins, mixed by Albert Bouchard (Brain Surgeons, Blue Oyster Cult),and mastered by Joel Hamilton and Tony Maimone (Pere Ubu) in Studio G! Photos by Chris Cassidy and cover art by amazing cartoonist Danny Hellman!

solid old school female punk
author: Brian CatanzaroI heard Mz P on FMU. Like good old school, there is self-parody humor as well as old fashioned cynicism and sarcasm. The girls are posing in the traditional punk style, expressing frustration about the world around them and are making a spectacle of themselves while trying to shake up and break up the humdrum work-a-day world. I gave it 4, not 5 because the posing appears to be more contrived than sincere, but the record and performances are well done and the humor IS sincere. If you like old school, this is worth checking out. Hope you gals do another one someday.
