About Never Coming Down

Influenced by such jam-based acts as The Greatful Dead, Aquarium Rescue Unit, and Phish, singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist Chris Rossbach created Never Coming Down at the beginning of the new millenium to search for the cutting edge of psychedelic musical expression. In this "solo" incarnation, Chris continues to search for the lost chord with the help of many SF Bay Area musical luminaries.

NCD is the culmination of many years of experimentation in various musical genres. Chris' other incarnations include the D'Aphibians (a healthy dose of New Orleans Swamp Funk), RTF (a jazz trio with Greg Thomas and Joey Fabian), and Hot Trivet (a psychedelic jam fest). In addition to fronting his own outfits, Chris has also wielded his ax for such greats as 'Zigaboo' Modeliste, and fellow CD Baby Brigitte DeMeyer.
