Album Notes
In the beginning when they were just youngsters pounding on their guitars, Nick Carasis now 42 and Mike Christopher now 46 were growing up on the early 70's style of Rock & Roll. Highly influenced by Grand Funk, Johnny Winter, Pat Travers, Rick Derringer and Lynyrd Skynyrd both Nick and Mike had become well known in Contra Costa County, California. Finally in 1984 they united as one and formed the rock group that became known as "RUMORS".

Performing for the next 14 years faithfully almost every weekend and holidays they became more and more popular. Playing everything from Creedence Clearwater Revival to Guns & Roses, they became an extremely successful party band. Opening up for such acts as "Foghat" and "Pat Travers" RUMORS had made their mark in the Bay Area. After many years of extensive performing RUMORS decided to take a much needed break.

Now finally after a long separation Mike and Nick are back together again playing their own brand and unique style of American Rock & Roll. With songs such as "Desert Storm", "Little Whiskey Rose", and "Power in the Sky" are surely to please any music lover out there. This CD is surely a must to own by any Rock & Roller!

Finally, for all of those who have family, or loved ones in our military forces, we fully support and salute them with honor! ROCK ON AMERICA!
