Combining Jazz, Neo-Soul, R&B and Gospel, ND3 has infused some of the best musical genres to create a truly inspirational sound. ND3 is comprised of 4 talented musicians whose eclectic mix of musical influences range from Earth, Wind & Fire and Miles Davis to Luther Vandross, Stevie Wonder and India.Arie. ND3 is self described as Inspirational Soul.

ND3’s debut CD, NEW SKIN, collectively arranged and produced, is a rousing journey through contemporary gospel and soul soundscapes. This group has an extraordinary capacity of bringing together sounds and emotions in soulful, jazzy grooves that serve as the catalyst for a true musical experience. This music is able to lift, encourage and motivate while simultaneously creating an atmosphere of a quality musical experience.

N-Nicholas Williams hails from Oakland, California. He began his career at the age five as the church’s “little drummer boy”. “My dad took us to a George Benson concert when I was about 4 and from that point on I knew I wanted to be a professional musician,” states Nicholas. He attended Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia. He currently plays at St. Paul AME Church with DeWayne Martin and Dana Johnson. Drumming influences for Nicholas include Steve Gadd, Sonny Emory, lil’ John Roberts and John Blackwell.

D-Denise White is from Chester, Pennsylvania. As an aspiring vocalist and pianist, Ms. White attended Spelman College in Atlanta, Ga. Her musical accomplishments include forming sensational duo group “DaisyRew” and professional choir “New Season” and her newest project, “AverySunshine” a solo project with musical partner Dana Johnson. Ms. White has traveled with Tyler Perry’s stage play “Meet the Brown’s as a keyboardist and also performed on the soundtrack for Paramont Pictures “The Fighting Temptations”. The world can expect many great works to come from this phenomenal woman.

D-DeWayne Martin also hails for Oakland, California. He began playing saxophone at ten years old. DeWayne developed a real interest in playing while performing in the high school jazz band. He attended Morehouse College in Atlanta and played with the jazz ensemble band. DeWayne has played saxophone for India.Arie, Roy Ayers and Luther Vandross in addition to touring with the UniverSoul Circus from 2003-2004 as a tenor and baritone sax player.

D-Dana Johnson is also from Oakland, California. At the age of six Dana began guitar lessons. As the only child of music aficionado parents, he was exposed to all types of music style including jazz, soul, rock, fusion, Latin, reggae and gospel. While attending Morehouse College, “Sirius B”, the musical backdrop for Donnie, India.Arie and other Atlanta artists, was formed with Nicholas and DeWayne. Dana began working with Noontime Records in Atlanta where he further developed his love for music. Dana has worked on multiple entertainment projects including artists Too Short, Donnie, India.Arie and Big Mike, just to mention a few.
