Having parted on the friendliest of terms with his bandmates (formerly Neat Stripes), Paul Lindsey Walker has continued on, offering a new, more polished collection of songs. Some are old live favorites, some new, and all home-recorded, self-produced, and even the CDs are handmade. Paul plays all the instruments and sings. You'll enjoy the variety of styles, from a country shuffle to a calypso to some songs not easily categorized, and the intelligent, offbeat lyrics are still there, but the common thread is an irrepressible, upbeat vibe; this is music to listen to while you're driving around with no particular place to go.
