Pink Slip Records is a production driven, distribution focused record company. Pink Slip Records produces, replicates, and distributes hip-hop/R&B albums for several proprietary and independent artists. Pink Slip Records, among other things offers a legitimate avenue for artists who want to gain exposure and actually receive a paycheck for their toil and hard work.

Pink Slip Records operates in two principal segments: JClay Entertainment Group and J.D. Bowser Distribution Company. JClay Entertainment Group, consist of the Company's publishing and production business that provides artists with convenient recording facilities and copyrights for original written sheet music.

J.D. Bowser Distribution Company is comprised of the marketing and distribution departments, both of which serve as an outlet for artists to be heard by thousands of mainstream music lovers and fans (via: internet, compact disc, radio, television broadcast, live concert).

Pink Slip Record's segments are supported by over 1000 independent investors and music lovers who among other things review and critique the production prior to the final marketing phase.
