Album Notes

This is (Nev.r.land) at its finest. Sometimes, Always, Maybe is a superb underground saga, weaving a somber tale of lingering hope and distilled joy. In the distance of the songs, the band relents to the haunted love that seems to be shipwrecked in the moor of their unique sound. Nothing, sounds like this. It braves the depth of our mundane life, pulling us towards our self and its only consolation lies in the quiet assurance of better things to come. I must admit upon first listening to the CD at the BFBC studio’s, I liked it and felt that I understood the mood and intent of the record. However, afterward, while in my car driving to the airport, I was overcome with lyrics and melodies that stirred within me memories I had long forgotten. Sometimes, Always, Maybe is enchanted, lonely and worth every minute. It is one of those records that you will keep in rotation for months upon end. It is like meeting an old friend with whom you only share bittersweet memories. Sometimes it is like looking into a mirror for the traces of our childhood joy.

you can't describe them but you can't deny them either

They don't rock, but they sure as hell can rock out. They don't bump, but they sure as hell know a good beat. They are what they are, and always have been, a largely untapped treasure just waiting for the people to discover.

Awesome, mature, haunting and a wonderful unique sound

This band is a welcome and refreshing change from much of the music on the Dallas scene. They have a sound and lyrics that speak to young adults and mature youth. Their songs get in your head and your heart.
