New Mexico Rocks! is a project by women in the New Mexico music scene. In 2007 proceeds went to benefit Gulf Region victims of Hurricane Katrina. This year project funds went toward Albuquerque NM, Public School music programs. The project includes a cheesecake-esque pin-up calendar featuring New Mexico female musicians and a companion CD that features tracks showcasing the musical talents of the girls. Pin-up models contributed to all aspects of this project from design to completion. This CD was sponsored by Socyermom Records (socyermom.com); New Mexico\'s leading rock label.
