ABOUT THIS ALBUM


Album Notes
This is New Shilling's first live recording. After playing for at least 16 years together, first as "Full Shilling" and more recently "New Shilling", this is the first time the band has recorded live. And they were ready. The Celtic Music Association in Des Moines Iowa held their usual concert series in January of 2007, and the band showed what playing that long together can do.
"I haven't seen anything like that since Fairport Convention..." one member of the audience stated.
A great night, caught on tape for you!
