Andrew Justin Nicoletta has enjoyed international recognition, and increasing respect and success as a songwriter. Andrew Justin Nicoletta was a runner up in the prestigious VH 1 SONGWRITER OF THE YEAR competition, with contemporary musical peers such as Norah Jones being among the panel of judges.

'Reckoning', AJN's debut album, is a soulful, roots, acoustic based Rock n' Roll record, Influenced by classic songwriters like 'Bob Dylan', 'Neil Young', 'The Rolling Stones', 'The Beatles', 'John Lennon', 'Paul Simon', 'Springsteen', and 'Pink Floyd'. His style is also shaped by albums like "Gish" and "Aeroplane" by the 'The Smashing Pumpkins' , the graceful elegance and guitar mastery of 'Jeff Buckley', and the melancholic genius of 'Elliot Smith'.

Online, his multi-dimensional lyrics have been translated into dozens of languages, and comparisons to Dylan, Neil Young, and John Lennon have abounded.

The father of 2, the 34 year old artist has spent the last few months in French Speaking Montreal, Cambridge Mass, and New York City. Nicoletta has written over 35 songs for his follow up LP, He is currently going through material with Engineer, Steve Rizzo, in an attempt to select 20 songs for a double album, due out by Christmas.
