This CD has a collection of songs on that were written for different movie projects, plus some regular Niki songs thrown in. Hence the name "Pieces of Me". The song "Falling" has been played on NPR and used in a TV series. With “Everything” Niki shows she is capable of delivering a performance that can pull the listener in. Personal favourite is “First Kiss” which has an acoustically based middish tempo to it. The rockier sounding “Better Believe” is another that grabs your attention as does the slower and more restrained “Worth It”. Read more...
