Album Notes

Marcos Jimenez - guitar
Maget - vocals
Ricardo Mere - drums
Moises Jimenez - bass

The initial idea of Nimencia was conceived in mid 2003 in Miami by Marcos Jimenez (guitar), Moises Jimenez (bass), and Roger "Maget" Izaguirre (vocals). After a few months of writing, and rehearsing, the group meets Ricardo Mere, former drummer of a very popular cult band named Futuro Incierto of Lima, Peru. From then on the band has worked hard to grow and spread its music by continuing to evolve musically, by continuosly writing and jaming together, playing live shows all over the city of Miami, and by networking heavily with music enthusiasts all over the world. This has earned them respect and praise in their local scene.

Nimencia uses the diverse cultural background of its members to deliver its message in more than one language while using Rock n' Roll as their chosen method of communication. On stage, the quartet is an energetic, explosive and very entertaining act. They can blow you out of the water or lull you into a trance, either way they always leave the crowd asking for more.
