The brothers Marc and Josh have been creating music and sound for a while now. Josh is a new media artist known for his visual work, and Marc is a student in the composition department of Calarts Institute.
In this prank-filled album, 16-bit (and sometimes 8-bit) retardedness is celebrated with enthusiastic ardor. Grime core and whatever drum n bass became is harnessed for short story telling moments. Other music is performed by stepper motors, piano-guts, circuit-board wire-fiddling, dismantled keychains, liberated arcade game buttons, max patches, C++ composing, and Josh's lounge falsetto that you know you love. Oh, and there's freestyle rapping. A splendid time is guaranteed for all.
ADHD - no, these are not sampled from anywhere. They were composed using a midi sequencer in one sitting.
