About the Aircraft ...
The Stampe SV4 Designed in Belgium in the 30-ies by Jean Stampe and his partner Vertongen, therefore "SV4" (their 4:th design). 30 planes was built in Beligum before World War II, but then the germans came... when France needed military training aircraft about 700 more was built, and also a couple of hundred in Algeria.
