There are very few artists who can master the guitar like Nocy. "Lands Of Beauty" reflects his sensitivity to the emotions in beautiful music. Each track takes you on a different journey. This CD is entirely instrumental, with haunting melodies and unrivaled guitar playing. Every song is different, ranging from the Flamenco beat of "La Vida", the hip hop beat of "Rap Guitar", the Samba beat of "Brazilian Love", the romantic melody of "Loving You", and ending with the beautiful rendition of the "US National Anthem".
Pure energy aptly defines the soulful, rhythmic classical guitar wizardry of Nocy on this dazzling album. Hailed as an "Orchestra on Six Strings" by the Pasadena Weekly, Nocy's rich harmonic textures and lightning-fast play simulate the sounds of many instruments.

Schooled at the Paris Conservatory for Classical Guitar, Nocy has headlined festivals and concerts worldwide. He has performed with a myriad of artists such as Jon Anderson of Yes, Rod Stewart, Kenny G, Larry Coryell, and has accompanied acclaimed Gypsy Guitarist Manitas de Plata.

Nocy's abilities keep him in high demand in the entertainment world. He was the first musician to perform our National Anthem on a classical guitar before a Lakers basketball game at Staples Center Arena in Los Angeles. He performed at the opening ceremonies of the 1994 World Cup Competition in Los Angeles and has composed music for national and international television programs and movies. He headlined the Fontana Lounge in the Bellagio in Las Vegas, performs concert engagements throughout the world, conducts private guitar lessons, and has taught music education to elementary students in a southern California school district.
