Noel is a singer-pianist-songwriter who combines beautiful ethereal vocals with orchestrated electro-acoustic ambient music. Her debut release "Defenseless" is an incredibly evocative album of radio-friendly adult contemporary pop. She has been compared to singers such as Dido, Sarah McLachlan, Enya, and Tori Amos.

Noel grew up by the sea in a small Rhode Island fishing village, studied classical voice and piano, and graduated summa cum laude from The Boston Conservatory. She has sung with the Boston Pops, Tanglewood Festival Chorus, and John Oliver Chorale - including concerts in front of capacity crowds at Boston's Symphony Hall.

Noel has written lyrically lush and emotionally moving songs with producer John Weston of Futura Productions, and also collaborated with LA-based producers Christian B. and Marc Dold of SAF Music, who have produced radio hits and remixes for many chart-topping artists such as Enya, Celine Dion, Norah Jones, and Sarah Brightman.

Film composer Brian Tyler has featured Noel's vocals in The Fourth Floor (starring William Hurt), Jane Doe (starring Teri Hatcher), The Big Empty (Kelsey Grammer), and the Children of Dune mini-series.

When performing, Noel sings, plays acoustic piano, an is joined by Matt Malikowski on bass, Matt Quatroche on guitar, David "Stack" Stackhouse on vocal percussion, David Winslow on keyboards, Reinmar Seidler on cello, and John Weston on drum loops and ambient tracks.
