Emily Gambone started Noize from the Basement,in December of 2008, when Jazz Hannah answered an AD at a local music store in Kent Ohio. Soon Bassist Holly Camp was asked to join the band.. In September of 2009, Drummer Logan McNeal joined NFTB. The Band was now set with their current line-up. They completed their first original song "Missing You", which can be found on their first self titled EP and on Itunes, soon after the current line-up was set. In December of 2010, Noize from the Basement had collected over a dozen new originals and headed to the studio to record. The band selected The Lavaroom Recording Studio in Cleveland, Ohio and started working with producer, Mike Brown. Four months later the last backing vocal track was laid and this CD was ready for mastering. On June 26, 2011, "Bird's Eye View" was released. This album contains twelve songs that capture the feeling of youth and how different events can effect your life. The title of the CD was selected by Emily, because most of the songs that she wrote for this CD were not from personal experiences, but rather from observations. She was kind of viewing life through a "Bird's Eye View".
