No Nonsense is rejuvenating the hip hop game with skillful lyrics; content that stretches the listener and beats that keep knockin’. He has taken a winning combination of strong hooks on hot tracks and has added meaningful content that the radio and streets are missing.

This is true hip hop using an underground philosophy in a major way. No Nonsense takes his listeners from the pains of his past to the streets hustlin’ to pondering questions of God and a purpose in this life. Everyone will be able to take something away from his music: woman, men, Gs and Joes.

Stacey, No Nonsense, Jones was born in the East but got his game from the streets of The Capital City, Olympia, WA. No Nonsense’s life changed on the same day TuPac was shot and he has spent nearly a decade writing over 400 solo songs and planning with twin brother, Stephen, Cerious, Jones, how to give the Northwest a sound and sit the West back on its throne. His influences come from Rakim, EPMD, Tupac and E-40.

Only 4 months in the studio, No Nonsense dropped a sneak peak album, which largely covered topics that allowed him to release from the pain of his past. Taking no breaks from his pursuit, he went on a 15-city tour throughout the Northwest and West coast to promote and get a buzz going. The freshman album is ready to be heard. He has stretched himself in this album to not be his past but be the man he really is inside. You will hear the passion and soul of man who struggles to control his fears while enjoying life in the streets living.

No Nonsense regularly works with other artists. This album is not just regional, as he collaborates with artists nationally, hearing influences from the Midwest, South and East Coast.
