Novella Sweet Briar, a phenomenal singing sensation from Philadelphia, PA who has toured as a background singer with Bobby Womack, in Japan, Michael Bolton's Love Time and Tenderness Tour, under the direction of Bill Jolly (choir), Mann Music Center, Spectrum, Taj Mahal, MC Fadden & Whitehead, Dennis Edwards-Temptations, at the Adams's Mark Hotel-Phila., PA once again joined McFadden & Whitehead at the Corestates Spectrum.

Novella Sweet Briar is proud to say that she is the founder and president of her own record company, The Big Press Inc., executive producer, Emory Washington.

The CD is entitled, "Hot Lovin," producers are Novella Sweet Briar and Bill Jolly, one of Philadelphia's leading music directors for the late Grover Washington Jr., Michael Bolton and Celine Dion. Other producers are Bunny Sigler, a producer from Philadelphia International Records, who has written such great hits as, "Somebody Loves You Baby," for Patti Labelle and many more. Also under The Big Press Inc., are up-coming rising stars, Dee O'gie, style rap artist and pop singer, Alphonse.

Novella Sweet Briar is now taking time from her busy schedule to entertain patients in nursing homes and senior citizens throughout the tri-state area which most of the patients are handicapped. They seem to enjoy pop and broadway music along with the roses and teddy bears that Novella Sweet Briar gives them to show that they are loved.
