Biography
As an Artist Num celebrates his culture by versatility, and his art is a reflection of his gift from the Ancestors. Whether Film, Music, Theater or Television; Num has made a mark. Num plays hundreds of Drums and Percussion instruments in styles ranging from African, Latin, Caribbean, Asian, Classical, Jazz, R & B, Blues, Gospel, Funk, Rock, Reggae and Spiritual Meditative Techniques; including Native American Rhythms.

Television and Film
Num has appeared on "Later with Jools Holland", on the BBC in England; MTV and CANAL+ in France; the CBS Late Night Show "VIBE", the HBO series "OZ'; BETs "PLANET GROOVE"in the USA. As part of the "Burning Band" Num is featured on Burning Spears Grammy Award Winning Album "CALLING RASTAFARI" on Heartbeat Records. Num is featured not only as a performer but also a writer on the current Brian Jackson Album "GOTTA PLAY" RMG Records, which also features Jazz Greats Roy Ayers and Gil Scott-Heron. Num recently performed and was also sampled on Naughty by Natures Album "IICONS", TVT Records.
Num has studied with the Late Greats Babatunde Olatungi, Art Blakey and Tito Puente. As one of LP(Latin Percussion) endorsee Artist/Players, He has given workshops, classes and seminars worldwide.
Working in Los Angeles with comedian Tommy Davidsons "TOMEDY" Variety Show. Num performed with Stevie Wonder, Al Jarreau, Brian McKnight, Sheila E & Pete Escovedo, Sinbad, Gerald Albright, J B Smoove, Cameo, Jamie Fox, Howard Hewitt and Aaron Hall to name a few.
Num has recently recorded with India Arie, Toni Braxton and Maci Gray for the Childrens TV show "Blues Clues" "Bluestock" on Nickelodeon.
