Furthering the Southern rock discourse alongside Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, R.E.M., and The Drive-By-Truckers, this debut album from Northwest Florida-based The Ocean As Mistress strikes a balance between light and dark, happiness and misery, content and discontent.
