Off Peak Fare is an exciting new genre blending eclectic rock band.  Whether it be world, jazz, funk, latin, or bluegrass, this Long Island based quartet creatively mixes several styles into their own unique sound. Off Peak Fare is set apart from other independant, unsigned bands by great songwriting, meaningful lyrics, and versatile musicians very talented at their own instruments.  With a wide array of influences ranging from Paul Simon, and The Beatles to Bela Fleck and  Herbie Hancock, you'll hear why Off Peak Fare is so musically diverse.  The band is characterized by its four members, and includes the soothing vocals and guitar playing of Michael Martino, the melodic piano of Ryan Honan, flowing bass lines of Jim Lollo and creative drumming of JD Gargano make for a quite enjoyable debut CD!!

OPF: the little band that could

IT'S YOUR CIRCUS is a good first effort from Long Island's own OFF PEAK FARE. Each of the tracks obviously support the notion that this is a tight, cohesive musical partnership with a world of potential. The professional quality of every aspect of the disc seems to suggest that, while the band has already made great strides in its time together, it will only continue to grow and improve as time goes on. Pick up a copy of IT'S YOUR CIRCUS, expect great things from OPF, and remember them as "the little band that could."

a staple for any CD player

It's Your Circus By Off Peak Fare is a great album. There is a great mix of styles and genres in the 11 tracks of this album. There is Latin Song, which has a great Bonnie & Clyde style storyline, which has a latino feel to it. This Weak has a twang of country in it. The real shining moment for lead singer Mike Martino is the last track, Last Call. Bottom line...get this album...I doubt you will regret it!

If you like the Rory Lowe Band, The Calling, Lifehouse, etc. then you will love Off Peak Fare. Its the kind of music that while you can party to it, you can also fall asleep to it ( not put you to sleep). The lyrics are awesome! buy it now ok??
