Better with Age

Eclectic is still too specific a word to describe the music, and with the help of some very talented friends, the non-profit band from Washington state once again will leave you smiling and toe-tapping (and sighing, and waltzing, and singing.)

Album Notes
The Olga Symphony has been making music together since the mid 1980s. Since its inception, all proceeds from the band's performances and recordings have been (and continue to be) donated to local charities, so they thank you for your support and enabling of this generosity! Doing the music purely for the love of it (and the love of their community) has enabled them to never lose that "we are doing this for FUN" feeling, and that comes across in their music. The band plays a wide variety of tunes and songs, from Bing Crosby to country, folk to originals, whatever catches their collective fancy. Since the 1990s, they have put on a big annual concert which includes an everchanging cast of very talented musical friends filling out their sound. On this, their fourth CD, the band is thrilled to be joined by a number of these friends, enriching the music for everyone! The Olga Symphony is about a good time with good friends, and if good music is the result, all the better.
