Omnia draws upon the long-time friendships of its members as well as diverse
personal musical styles to forge a valiant sword with which to slay musical
mediocrity. Their foe: the beast oozing viral sludge which infects the airwaves of the globe. Avoiding all preconceptions of a standard female fronted rock band, Omnia's ambition is as much about revelation as it is about revolution.
Only this revolution will be televised - and it has been. The first single
released, Becoming Me, spawned an award winning video and national
television exposure. This fact alone should convey Omnia's exaltititude,
but wait, there's more! Omnia was then approached by representatives from Palomar Pictures to begin work on a second music video, an unparalleled success for an unsigned rock act. The result, Pulling Me In, a magnum opus of high fashion sensibility, akin more to a Christian Dior ad than today's standard TRL fare.
Let it be known however, that this fanfare surrounding Omnia has not been
garnered without the presence of a fierce and captivating live show.
Picture this: Joan of Arc meets Amadeus meets the Discovery Channel meets Victoria's Secret meets Portishead meets Radiohead meets deadhead meets ahead of their time! Essentially, the Omnia experience is a supersonic Concorde jet flight to Milan for the Dolce & Gabana and Diesel Industries opening gala of the sensual revolution hall of fame.
Thank you and good night!

Man, this CD rocks! I absolutely love "Becoming Me" as my favorite song on this little sampler. I really hope they come out with more releases in the future. If this is any indication, Omnia will continue to write great songs and put out great albums! Would you hurry up and buy this CD already?!

TASTY SAMPLER!
author: Sea-Mooch
With "Goddess Wanted," Omnia has managed to avoid the long-since stale "chick-rock" sound while remaining appealing to any lover of the genuine song. This is not some producer's puppet-diva with a faceless backing band. In addition to amazing vocals, the music is obviously collaborative throughout the other members of Omnia. Intense guitars weaving their way with synth textures and seamless drumming illustrate a collective band character. "Becoming Me" and "Movement" set a highly energetic, sharp-edged but melodic pace. "Pulling Me In" shows the band's ability to express a much softer emotion without loosing your interest for a second.
Try this out. Trust me, you'll be watching for their next release!
