Once again the San Francisco-based One Light Out have produced another collection of alternative indie rock songs; Sweat it Out.
Produced by One Light Out with Ian Sefchick formerley of Creeper Lagoon along with help from Dave Kostiner the tracks "Never Let Them", "Sweat it Out", "From Now On", and track 4 "Takes the Edge Off" just plain rock.
Sweat it Out was added to 85 CMJ reporting stations it's 4th week of going for adds. 12 Top 30 list across the US!
Boston's Planetary Group is handling the college radio promo and the band will supporting this campaign with a East coast Tour and a tour throughout California colleges also.
Last summers release "Spread" was added to almost 150 CMJ reporting college radio stations and hit a few Top 30 list. "Spread" was 15th most added CD to CMJ college radio stations it's first week out. The band has enjoyed over 30,000 MP3 downloads since July 2002. At the same time One Light Out made the top 8 bands out of 120 submission for SF Rock station LIVE 105's "Local Band Launch".

I LOVE Never Let Them, singing style is awesome, guitar through verses sounds so unique - very cool!!! Sweat it Out's pretty cool, but the others didn't have the same sound I like. But I'm thrilled I bought it, probably a favorite song of mine now. Never stop playin'!
