ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
ONE is an original rock/alternative group from New Orleans. The band was formed in 1999 by David Newman and Steve Staples and has since then evolved to include members Sid Gearheart and Cujo.

Although all members have long and varied careers in music, ONE has an exciting sound evoking both modern and classic rock, surf and numerous alternative influences.

ONE is currently in the studio working on their second CD to be released in late 2007 and has just released their CD "Who Dat Dream" featuring "Super Bowl Mambo" and "Who Dat Dream" as heard on WWL870AM and 105.3FM, WWOZ, and WLMG.

ONE brings together 4 (I mean soon to be 4) strong musicians blending their unique styles into ONE.

The group appeals to youthful audiences as well as young adult listeners.

WWL Radio Program Director (regional 100,000 watt favorite) says: “These guys are just the shot in the arm that New Orleans music scene needed. I love Broken, Let It Go and Seen It All Before really rocks”

Nikki Reyes of the "Award Winning" Lousiana Jukebox television show says: “They are awesome. It’s like New Classic Rock but better!”
