Album Notes

The Orange Velvets are a Lo-Fi Indie Rock band from Southern California. On their debut release, they combine vintage, 50’s style catchy love songs, fuzzy guitars, harmonica breaks, and Dr. Seuss influenced lyrics to create a sound that is all their own. They play original music that makes you want to dance, but is also thought provoking and literate. Each line often paints an interesting picture in your mind. The songs have hooks and melodies that will bounce around in your head long after they stop playing. Most of the songs are about 2 minutes long, and you will want to hear them over and over.
